2. Terms and Conditions. Before you start delegate registration processes, you are requested to go through Terms and Conditions and AGREE to them. By starting the delegate registration process you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. 3. Manual Delegate Registration Process. To become a delegate at Saraswat Sammelan 2016 at Goa :
(a) Download the form carried below and take its print out.
(b) Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
(c) After reading and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions as listed on the web page based on the link carried above, fill up the form and send it to the office address by post / speed post / courier / in person to AISCO office address at Mumbai, along with cash / cheque / DD drawn in favor of "Aisco Saraswat Sammelan Goa" payable at par at Mumbai corresponding to the type of delegate registration required.
4. Delegate Registration Printed Form. Copy of the form can be downloaded, for taking a printout for filling, by clicking on the link below the view-able form.
